Quit being an asshole, please（有雷．慎入）

Dear R,

I know you're the boss. I do respect who you are and what you do. I am grateful for what you've granted me so far. I am happy that you are so kind to hire me to work for you - as your personal assistant.

But I am not happy. I'd rather gain your trust & respect then having nothing to do but to sit here and wait for you to accuse me of something I have not done. I doubt if you've ever thought of me as "the secretary to R. Watanabe"?

Just to tell you how upset I really am. I honestly don't think that you'd give a shit about what I think 'n say. I don't want much but to have you treat me like "I am your assistant" though most of the times it is just a name. I don't need you to walk around telling people about my military background crap and think of me like I was an idiot.

Dear R, I wish I could proudly talk about my job when I still work for you. I wouldn't label myself as the 'strawberry' because I simply am not.

Sometimes things could really go against your will - especially when you don't try to stop.. respectively.

Anyway, please take care and stop being an asshole. Be a man with dignity and treat others the way you want to be treated to bear yourself out as one of the best leaders. (of course, screw you if you can't or don't feel like to)
